When you think of pink, what comes to mind? The color? A feeling? The same could be asked about every color, but today I’m talking ‘pink’! It’s happens to be one of my personal favorite colors!
Years ago, at McArthur SuperValu, the idea was brought to me, by a couple of super employees (thanks Amy and Lisa;), to wear pink on Tuesdays! That idea became a tradition that remained for the life of the store and was even celebrated by some vendors and other local businesses! That’s right…almost every employee embraced wearing some shade of pink every Tuesday!
I believe in pink. I believe that laughing is the best calorie burner. I believe in kissing, kissing a lot. I believe in being strong when everything seems to be going wrong. I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day and I believe in miracles.

It was a simple thing to do…and yet, Tuesdays seemed a little brighter and happier! It begs the question, what simple thing can I do (can you do) today, to make the world a little brighter? It doesn’t need to be complicated! It might even be as easy as wearing PiNK! HaPpY ‘PiNK’ Tuesday!
